By using SpellYourName ("the site," "we," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What SpellYourName Does

SpellYourName is a free web application that uses AI to generate mnemonic acrostic sentences from first names. Results are generated by AI and are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.

AI-Generated Content

  • Mnemonic sentences are generated by Google's Gemini AI.
  • AI-generated images are created by Google's Gemini AI.
  • We make no representations about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
  • Results may vary between requests, even for the same name.
  • Generated content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the generation system.
  • Submit inputs designed to generate harmful, offensive, or abusive content.
  • Scrape or programmatically harvest content from the site without permission.
  • Use generated content in ways that impersonate, defame, or infringe on the rights of any person.

Outbound Product Links & Third-Party Commerce

SpellYourName provides links to products sold through Printify (our print-on-demand partner). When you click a product link:

  • You leave SpellYourName and enter Printify's platform.
  • All purchases, payments, fulfillment, and shipping are handled by Printify.
  • SpellYourName is not a party to any transaction between you and Printify.
  • We earn a margin on products sold through our Printify store. This does not affect the price you pay.
  • For order issues, refunds, or shipping questions, contact Printify directly.

Intellectual Property

The SpellYourName name, logo, and site design are our property. AI-generated mnemonic text produced specifically for your name is provided to you for personal use. AI-generated images may include a SynthID watermark from Google and are subject to Google's usage terms for Gemini-generated images.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpellYourName shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any products purchased through third-party links.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
